Hello, I'm Isabel Lopes, Waterford House Sitters owner. My business is registered in Ireland providing House Sitting, Pet Sitting and Housekeeping Services to the City and County of Waterford. Waterford House Sitters' main goal is to achieve total customer satisfaction. To achieve such goal, we offer reasonable prices to the consumer, not having to reduce the quality of services rendered. I'm currently providing these services for several clients, most of which I have had for some years. My staff and I are very detail-oriented. I have been providing Housekeeping Services for over 15 years and I take a great deal of personal pride in my work and experience. We meet our customers when and where is more convenient for them.
PAYMENT – Long term assignments: pay in full or in two installments of 50% of the total amount. The first one, with 50% of the booking total amount, will be paid 5 days prior to the service and the second installment, is the remaining 50% (we accept cash, bank cards, cheque, Paypal or bank transfer). VAT – We are not registered for VAT, so you don't pay VAT. FUEL – There is no fuel charge within a 20 mile radius or a 32 km radius, from where the business is located. Over 20 miles we ask clients to meet reasonable travel expenses (35 cent per extra mile, up to a maximum of €50 for all rounds). LONG DISTANCES: Negotiable. AGREEMENT - Agreement must be signed by both parties. BOOKINGS - Eight days prior the date of the service. CANCELLATIONS – For a full refund, cancellation must be made 72 hours prior the service, otherwise only 50% will be refunded. NEGOTIABLE RATES - Any sort of pets or customer plans not mentioned above. FEES – No hidden fees.

Waterford House Sitters service will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by Waterford House sitters service as a result of extreme weather conditions or illness or injury or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of emergency Waterford House Sitters will use the emergency contact information previously acquired in the written agreement and signed by the parties involved.
